Make Up Policy
Lessons Program
If a swimmer misses a lesson, they may make it up during another lesson session. Please email Steven Tom at stom9053@yahoo.com to arrange a time to make up a lesson.
- All missed lessons within the month must be made-up within the month excluding the final session.
- Upcoming missed lessons or missed lessons on the day of, should be notified IMMEDIATELY. Missed lessons must be notified within 48-hours of in order to recieve make-up eligibility.
- Any cancelled swim lessons due to pool maintenance, emergency closings, or by inclement weather will be available on noted dates by our administration.
- Multiple missed sessions within the month without notification are not eligible for future make-ups.
- Swimmers who register for our quarterly swim packers of 3 months and participate in our 1-hour, 2 sessions a week lessons are not eligible for make-ups due to unavailable extra sessions.
- Swimmers who participate in monthly hourly sessions on both Monday and Wednesdays are not eligible for make-ups due to unavailable openings.
Pre-Team Training Program
- There are NO make up sessions for missed pre-team training practices.
If you are going to miss lessons, please notify us as soon as possible. Email or post on this thread the child's name, date of missed lesson, and which session you attend.
